Felt is not stable enough, especially for designs with directional fills. Due to push and pull from the fill stitching, puckering can occur and single-stitch lines are most likely not to line up with the rest of the design. Test sew designs on fabric similar to the final application, using products (backings, etc.) similar to what will be used on the actual garment or product item. This will ensure that the design received from Dakota Collectibles has not been damaged in shipping, and also provides a sample sewout for display.
