Troubleshooting Problems

When contacting us about any design or program problems, please supply the following information:

The file name of the design.
The format (language) the design is in that is being used. (ie, Tajima (.dst); .pes/Brother, etc.)
The entire name/number of the embroidery machine. (ie, Brother PC 8500; Brother ULT-2001 etc.) Each machine has a specific sewing field size and it helps us if we know this information.
The computer embroidery software program and Version. (ie, Artista Version 3.0, PE Design V. 2.0, etc.) To find the Version, go to the HELP menu in the program and click on ABOUT…If not using an embroidery software program, please state so.
If using a "Magic Box", "Black Box", "Amazing Box", etc., please include that information and what Version of software.
If using Dakota Sizer or Dakota AlphaSizer, include that information along with the Version.
If a design appears to have a problem, please relate if it is noticeable when viewed on screen, or if it is only noticeable when the design is stitched out.
