To re-download your online design order: Log into your account using your user name and password. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab located at the top of our website home page. Scroll down to MY ORDERS Click on View My Order History. You will see a list of your orders. Click on the invoice number of the order you want to re-download Click on the blue Download Designs button on the right-hand side of your screen. If there is not a Download Designs button, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-3160.
