Dakota Collectibles sends designs as attachments to email messages. The body of the email will be your invoice, and the designs will be attached to it.
Locate your design attachment. Attachments may vary in location and appearance with various email programs. Many appear as a paper-click, some appear as a sheet of paper, etc. The file, or the name, of the attachment will either be the file number of the design and the format you ordered in (Examples: SP0142.cnd or SP0142.pes, etc.), or if it was sent as a zipped or self-extracting file, it will be named Designs.zip or Designs.exe.
Download the file attachment either by right clicking on the file it or by selecting to download your attachment (the methods of saving and downloading attachments may differ with various email programs).
Select to Save the file as opposed to opening it. (i.e., select "Save this File to Disk" instead of "open from current location"). Click OK.
The Save Attachment dialogue box will come up. Click on the down arrow by the "Save In" box, and select a location to save the attachment to, such as your floppy disk A:drive, or a folder on your hard drive. (NOTE: If you are downloading a Designs.zip or Designs.exe file, click here)
Click Save
Your design(s) will now be in the location you saved them to.
