Designs will download as a .exe (self-extracting) file, unless you specified that
you have an unzipping program. If you did, they will download as a .zip (zipped) file.
This means that all of the actual design files that you ordered are bundled up into one file,
or package. The designs must be unzipped from the .exe or .zip file prior to using in
your embroidery software and/or embroidery machine.
Your design file will be labeled as either "Designs.zip" or "Designs.exe"
(if you do not see the file extension .zip or .exe, click here).
After you submit your design order and it has been processed, an online invoice will appear on your screen (click here if you do not receive an online invoice after your order has been submitted).
Click on the blue Download Designs button on the right-hand side of your screen.
A dialogue box will come up informing you that you are downloading an .exe or self-extracting file. Click OK .
Select to "Save this File" and click OK. You will now see the Save As dialogue Box
Click the down arrow on the right-side of the Save In box and select to save to your "Desktop"
Click Save
Close the Download Complete box when it has finished downloading.
Go to your Desktop and locate the Designs.exe or Designs.zip file and double-click it.
If your file is a .zip file, it will open up in your unzipping software. Find and click on the Extract button, and select a location where you want to unzip your designs to.
If your file is an .exe file, a WinZip Self-Extractor box will open up. In the "Unzip to Folder" window, select where your want your designs to unzip to (click the Browse button if you want to change the default location).
You will receive a box indicating your design files have unzipped successfully.
You will find your designs in the location you unzipped them to.
Delete the Designs.exe or Designs.zip file from your Desktop.

You are able to re-download your online design order for seven days
after the original purchase date. To re-download your online design order:
Log into your account using your user name and password.
Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab located at the top of our website home page.
Scroll down to MY ORDERS
Click on View My Order History. You will see a list of your orders.
Click on the invoice number of the order you want to re-download
Click on the blue Download Designs button on the right-hand side of your screen. If there is not a Download Designs button, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-3160.
